Recently, a video of an Oyinbo woman going utterly crazy while dancing to Asake and Wizkid’s recently released song “MMS” went viral online and sparked a lot of discussion. Recall that on Friday, August 9th, 2024, Intel Region announced the release of singer Asake’s third studio album, “Lungu Boy,” which has 14 tracks. But a song called “MMS,” which stands for “Mr Money Sound” and features Wizkid, has begun to break records on many music platforms, which is a positive trend for the Afrobeats genre.

The Asake song ft Wizkid is currently number one on the Nigerian Apple Music Chart. Also Asake & Wizkid’s “MMS” debuts at #40 on Apple Music Global Top 100 chart.

Asake & Wizkid’s “MMS” is at #140 [+59] on US Apple Music Top Songs Chart , meaning it is the highest chatting song on the album. Lungu Boy is also the number 1 album in the UK.

Meanwhile, a video of the Oyinbo lady vibing so hard to the “MMS” song most especially the Wizkid verse where she is seen showering encomium on the “Essence” crooner has gone viral online.
