The lens you wear is everything in life or love. Where attention goes, energy flows. If you are looking for signs of rejection, disconnect, division, lack of consideration, etc I can promise you will find evidence for it all around you. Instead, I say look for the good, the love, the connection, the light. And, as Mr Rogers said, look for helpers. I promise you’ll find so much beauty and grace in the world if you are just willing to put your phone down, stop that doom scrolling and look for it!!
